Adaptive Gymnastics

Our Adaptive Gymnastics program is designed specifically for children with physical challenges, developmental differences, autism, sensory processing needs and our more exploration friendly friends. We provide a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can explore movement, build confidence, and develop coordination at their own pace.

This is a parent-involved class, and caregivers are asked to stay and actively participate alongside their child throughout the session. Each class is instructor-led and supervised, offering a mix of structured activities and self-guided exploration that promote balance, strength, flexibility, and motor development. Parents and children work together at stations that are tailored to individual abilities and comfort levels.

Our goal is to celebrate every milestone—big and small—encourage independence and help each child experience the joy of movement in a safe, patient, and positive space designed just for them.
