What is included in an IGA birthday party?
You get the entire facility for your special event for 2 full hours of fun! 90 minutes of open gym time, obstacle courses and games to keep all kids engaged with smiles on their face! Followed by 30 minutes in our spacious party room.
How many kids can I invite?
Our party room accommodates up to 16 children. Additional guests beyond 16 are welcome for $10 per child.
All children walking+ are counted in our guest count.
How much does a party cost?
An IGA base party rate is $375 for up to 16 kids. We have add ons available for additional costs.
Do you supply food or table goods?
We do not supply food directly, but check out our a-la-cart options during booking to add things like Pizza from Mike’s Pie, drinks, chips, table décor and more!
What should I bring for the party room?
We suggest 2-3 table cloths, plates, napkins, juice boxes and/or mini water bottles, candles, any food you would like to serve or décor you would like to display.
Most popular snacks- chips, pirates booty etc. Veggie and fruit plates!
Can we do pizza, cake and open gifts in the party room?
We try to limit to 2 happenings in the party room. Whether that is snacks then cake or pizza then cake. We suggest opening gifts at home.
What ages are birthday parties for?
Our birthday parties are designed for of all ages. Activities can be adjusted based on the age and ability level of the group.
Does everyone have to fill out a waiver?
Yes! All guests that will be entering the gym must have a waiver filled out or on file at IGA to participate, no exceptions.
When is my party balance due?
Your balance is due on the day of your party. If you know you will not go over your 16 or have any add ons, you can pay the balance at your earliest convenience
I would like to order pizza for my party, how can I do that?
Add it as an a-la-cart option when booking your party. If you would like to add more after booking, call or email us! Pizza order must be completed the day prior to your event while everything else in the add ons must be added at least a week prior for planning purposes.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another date depending on availability. We will do our very best to accomodate a new party date for you and your guests.
Can I make any special requests for games, music, etc.?
Yes absolutely! We love special requests to make your event that more memorable!
Can I tip the staff?
Absolutely! Cash tips are never expected but always appreciated for a job well done.
